INGREDIENTS
\n2 Ripe Avocados
\n1 Tbsp of fresh lime juice with its grated rind
\nSalt
\n\u00bd Tbsp of chopped coriander
\n3 Little Tomatoes
\n1 White Onion
\n1 Fresh Chili Pepper
\nExtra virgin olive oil<\/p>\n
METHOD
\nPeel the onion and chop it with a knife, peel the tomatoes, put them into boiling water for a few seconds then cut them into cubes. Now peel one avocado and, using a fork, roughly mash it. Cut the other avocado into cubes, at this point immediately mix in remaining ingredients and add lime juice, the chili peppers, salt, coriander and EVO oil.
\nPlace plastic wrap on the surface of the guacamole cover it and to prevent air reaching it. Refrigerate until ready to serve.<\/p>\n
