As we have always lived in the countryside, more precisely on those hills just outside Florence, we have always lived surrounded by plants, animals and fresh air: offering our guests hospitality is the only thing we do by profession.<\/p>\n

Before starting our business here, we used to run a coffee bar called Caff\u00e8 Ricchi in Santo Spirito, one of the several Florentine areas. Our place was a real point of reference for those who used to live there and one of the first in the city centre to be open also for lunch. Our customers have always been considered as friends and our aim was making them feel completely at ease and happy; that\u2019s why we used to propose different dishes every day, beyond zero mile produce and genuine ice-cream.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Try to imagine a place where all the dishes of the day are prepared with the products picked in the garden the night before or depending on what our family butcher\u2019s has. Try to imagine a place where the relationship with the customers is so strong that we have decided to wide our business and to set up a restaurant which serves dinner too: we are always ready to provide catering service to some of the strongest Florentine brand, like Gucci, as well.<\/p>\n

Il Faeto was created during the XV th century when it was supposed to be a fort between Florence and the area of Chianti, used to catch sight of the enemies. The experience you can live here perfectly summarizes all the things we have learnt during our lifetime: you can relax and observe the scenery along the edge of our swimming pool, taste our local products and enjoy a glass of good wine while staying in your own flat. We live in a portion of the Villa in our private apartment but we also have a private access in order to grant full privacy to our guests.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
